The coronet on the clasp is a poor copy of a genuine coronet. It would make the band fake in my opinion.

If it is gold it looks likes a Zenith bracelet with a Rolex clasp, but it also (if real) looks like a watchband this guy in Vegas hand makes.
Either way it isn't Rolex for sure. Nice catch Stan.
