You should be able to see the model and s/n.
Then can you take off the back and post a pix? Welcome to the Forum.

Thanks. I got it from swisswatchexpo they seem legit to me. I can't really open the back. Don't have the tools and dont feel like stopping at a rolex place and having them touch my watch lol..
Can you tell me what date and model this watch is by looking at it. the website didnt have the right info on the watch and it didnt come with any booklet or anything. is it like vintage 1970's 80'S? |

As it is on a strap you should be able to see the model number between the lugs at 12 o'clock and the s/n at 6 o'clock.
Just give us the first 3 numbers of the s/n and the full model number.

I am no expert but the 12 o'clock position between the lugs usually has the model number etched while the 6 o'clock posiiton, the serial number.
That said, you can't be sure as well till you have the movement inspected by a certified Rolex watchmaker. My

That serial is from 1978/9 and no its not a girls watch but that dial is not the original to your watch .

So your saying that the movement is 16013 but the dial itself is aftermarket. I was a little iffy about it because I cant find this dial anywhere or i haven't looked hard enough. and after googling 16013 it said mens watch it does look a little small like a womans watch but its ok my wrist is small too :P hah

Well thanks for your help people. Im glad its real I really liked this watch haha. i was using a spring from the inside of a pen, little screws from a toy helicopter, nail clipper corners all kind of things to get the damn strap off. then finnally I went down stairs and found a pair of earrings in the drawer. I took both because I thought u had to push both sides of the holes in. it only took a little push with one earing. like he said very easy :0

While the case and dial seem to be original, you really should consider getting the caseback opened to see if the inside has an authentic Rolex movement. That's where the real value is.
