Rolex Rolex & serial nr on flange
I would like to know when Rolex started exactly to insert Rolex-Rolex & serial nr. of the watch on the inner bezel or Flange and if they did all the modells at the once, or at a different period of time. I would like a precise answer if possible.
Thanks |

It was around the late Z series, but no, not all models were done at the same time!
If a more "Precise" answer is needed, you'll need to speak to Rolex themselves, as nothing Rolex does has a cut and dry time line or process.. Enjoy the boards!

It was from 2004 Serial F/D on some models the Rolex Rolex Rolex on the Rehaut ring started. But nothing is written in stone with Rolex today, and some Z,M case watches will have serial between lugs and on Rehaut, others on rehaut only as with all these Internet codes they are only a approximation.
