Flicking wrist, a feint noise

When I flick my wrist, sometimes, I hear a feint tick sound. I'm assuming it's just the rotor moving around. But I'd rather make sure and ask you guys what you think.

I'm pretty sure it's the rotor moving around.

First time I heard it I assumed it was just the bracelet hitting either against itself or the clasp and moved on
