Gen dial?
Hey there!
Noob here that needs a little help from the experts. Recently purchased a lot of watch parts and this dial was in with one of the purchases. I've looked through TONS of reference images but can't seem to pin down which reference this dial may have been from. It has a "flat" S in submariner......the right foot of the X (in Rolex) lines up with the right upright of the U in perpetual. It's also 26mm AND in horrible shape!!! Anyway sorry about the poor pics....it's cloudy and rainy here. Any help would be awesome! Thanks! |

If that dial got that way while still in a case, I'd not want to see the movement.

Well, if your plan is to install it, I'd highly recommend taking it to a competent watchmaker and having the tritium markers sealed, so they don't flake off and migrate into the movement. Its totally your call.

I'd really like to see what this looks like after it's sealed and installed! Go for it.
Find some beat up hands and put on distressed leather strap, could look pretty cool.
