Potential winding issue 79090???

Question for the experts. I purchased a used 79090 and everything has been fine through now. Loving it esp after I had the T39 installed by ABC. This morning when I went to wind it and it was a bit harder than normal. The weird thing though was as I was winding it it was also spinning the rotor as well. Never had this happen before in any automatic watch before. Any insight would be appreciated.

As an FYI when I bought the watch I was told it was recently serviced but did not receive any paperwork with it. Purchased from a known seller on VRM (hope this is ok to point out here).
