Jubilee on a DaytonaC?

Hi all,

I know that purists may hate the idea of any modification on a Rolex, but I was thinking about adding the jubilee bracelet on a DaytonaC.

Since I have no idea when I would be able to purchase a DaytonaC, I was wondering if any current owners of the DaytonaC have tried adding the Super jubilee (63600) to the watch.

Could someone with more knowledge possibly shed some light on the matter?

Thanks!

I'm not against mods, it is up to the owner to do as he/she pleases, but personally I don't think jubilee looks good on anything other than the Datejusts. Just my personal taste.

I would like to see one, but I'm betting it wont be a good look.

And I actually like the jubilee more than most people. I love a jub on all DJ and even on a Pepsi GMT.

I think it would be a hit. My first Daytona was on a jubilee.
That was vintage. Back then you had options.

Thank you for the enabling pics!

Do you happen to know if they are using the 63600 super jubilee bracelet?

"Even" on a Pepsi GMT?

Well, the jubilee was an official Rolex option for several years.

Good point. I just say it that way because people seem to prefer the Pepsi on an oyster. I prefer the jub.

And now that I see pics of the Daytona on jubilee, I like that too! I think it's better on oyster, but the jubilee looks good too.

A Pepsi GMT with a jubilee is one of Rolex's most classic designs IMO
