Me either and I'm not crazy about it but then again I've never been a fan of TT.

I wonder if the gold center links and bezel are solid gold or plated.

Nice addition to the more traditional BlackBay line.

This is the only release that actually caught my eye, the black bay chrono on the other hand has a face only a mother could love...

That's a shame, nice watch but I fear spending this kind of cash on plating that can scratch or even wear.

Here is the answer, bracelet cl wrapped crown and bezel solid:

The lines and proportions of the Black Bay are retained, while the rotating bezel and the winding crown made from gold bring a new expression to the watch. The central link of the steel bracelet is also dressed in this precious metal, giving the model a more formal feel.

good point.

the site is coy about whether its plated, solid, but they say "enhanced".

it may even be 9K or 10K which doesn't sound as nice but in reality, its better for a tool watch.

ok, its likely plated.

i'm made of skin but i can be dressed/enhanced with linen... but i'm still skin underneath however.

I read a review that stated that the bezel is solid gold, and the links and crown are gold wrap/capped.
