Class action lawsuit against Rolex ?

Basis = false advertising. Why? I have seen the Rolex TV commercials over and over again. The message is always the same. Rolex "not only tells time, it tells history".

I have owned many Rolex over the years. I can find no function which tells history. Believe me I have looked. I checked the manuals. The website. Brochures. Nothing. I call RSC in NYC and they keep putting me on hold but no one ever picks up. I can't get a straight answer from my AD with whom I had a great relationship before he took out the restraining order.

Are we to allow Rolex to get away with such false representations? What's next? Rolex tells the future? I think we should join together and sue. I have to go now and try to locate my medication. Peace.

I will join you but only if we add addiction to a falsely advertised product to the list of charges!

To know the future is to be trapped by it

As a lawyer, believe it likely that the class action lawsuit would fail. When a Rolex is stopped, it is, indeed, telling history.
