5513 bezel insert.

Can anyone let me know what would be a period correct insert for my meters first 5513. It is a 1553*** and has an inner case back stamp v1 66.
I have searched and found conflicting opinions which suggest either a long 5 or a mk 3 fat font. Any thoughts appreciated. TY.

Why is this called a long 5?? Is purely the length of the vertical line in 5??

Yes, it is the interior of the five that is elongated vertically.

This site is a good reference regarding the different bezel inserts.

I didn't see anything at the site regarding the "skinny font" insert from the mid-1960s.

That's great and thank you for sharing.

I am still struggling with what my 5513 '69 feet first had.
