Please help report Ebay listing of a Breguet with an altered dial

I saw this yellow gold Breguet Marine Chronograph and something looked fishy about it:

http://m.ebay.com/itm/Breguet-Marine...981?nav=SEARCH

It doesn't have second/minute markers for the chronograph! How useless for actually trying to use the chronograph!

I sent a pic to the NYC Breguet Boutique and they confirmed that this is Not an authentic or unaltered dial. Breguet never sold a Marine Chronograph without the second markings like this.

It gets weirder!

I went and tried it on!

Attached is the yellow gold ebay altered dial
And for comparison, a white gold version of the same model with the correct dial.

You see on the yellow gold altered piece there are marks on the outer dial at 9, 10, 11, and 12?

Those should line up with the inner dial lines at 12, 1, 2, and 3! It's hard to see the outer dial marks on the white gold correct dial because you have the seconds markers with lume that are supposed to be there. So, someone stripped the markers and then put the outer dial on 90 degrees counter-clockwise from how it should be!

Weird stuff. The seller should be marking this as a seriously altered dial (and who know what has happened to the movement). This is a screwed up watch! There is also a bit of rust visible at the edge of the date window.

Please report it on eBay. You can say the Breguet Boutique has confirmed the dial isn't correct. Thanks!

I don't think you can have an item removed from eBay because someone screwed up there dial.
What if the watch has a redone dial, they are allowed to sell that?

They aren't disclosing the issue, so yes, you can definitely report that for sure.

Plus, we have confirmation from Breguet that it's not original.

A redone dialed watch absolutely needs to have that work disclosed. Think how much that changes the value of the watch. Not disclosing it is fraud.

Sorry if a little blunt. But why aren't you reporting it? Your the one that have the confirmation.
Just attach it to the report. Maybe I am missing something here.
Something doesn't sound right.

Wait, why aren't you reporting it? This forum on its own doesn't have some special authority over eBay listings. The participants ON the forum are free to report it as they please. So, why not do it yourself?

I am reporting it, geniuses.

The more people that report it, the better. And it is still up after my report, so one report alone isn't doing the trick.

it just looks like the chapter ring is missing? Perhaps they should disclose that?

Breguet confirmed the pic not the watch. Big difference.

seller put up new pics where the 4 lines markings lined up, but the minutes and seconds markers are still gone.

Did you contact the seller to ask them if they were aware of the issues and if they are going to update the description?

Thanks, yes, that is new. Still a garbage dial, I hope no one buys it.
