Two watch guy????

At this moment in time I can say 2 watches will do me fine for quite a while. After selling my 114060 in October i have purchased an Omega PO and a few other pieces but could not bond with any of them. So last month I purchased a 116610LN from DavidSW and sold the PO and the other pieces I had purchased to fill the Rolex hole. While I was in Vegas a few weeks ago I tried on at least 50 watches from all Major companies including a few smaller brands. None of them felt as good on the wrist as my Sub or Pelagos. These 2 watches really fill all my needs and just feel so damn good to put on. Will plan on buying a DJ41 in the future to have a proper dress piece, but I'm just gonna enjoy these two this summer.

Beautiful pair!

Sometimes we have to weed-out many watches before we find the one, let alone two..

I'm also a 2-watch rotation kind of guy. It took me decades to finally score my grail watch, the GMT2 Pepsi. Then I was bitten by the Omega Speedmaster bug. Got the new Moonwatch Chrono 44.25mm Speedy to go with my Rolex GMT2.

Nice pair. But looks identical. If you're a two watch guy then you need some variety

Thanks. I love the pair. They may be similar, but I'm a sucker for black dial and ceramic. Ones my everyday work piece. The Sub is my leisure/dress watch for now. Your two are outstanding. Sadly my financial situation does not afford me to buy gold or anything north of 10k.

Congrats on your two, they are two amazing pieces. I'm not sure I could ever be a two watch guy, especially with Rolex, but if I was it would definitely be these two

Nice couple.......maybe you need a third since they both in the same basket type model when it comes to the size/model/color. Unless you have a third/fourth etc.

My ideal pair would be like a before and after.

A before Sub or GMT for rugged looking feeling day and a Datejust/Daydate after for nice casual elegant dinner/night out frolicking time.

But then again that's just me. Enjoy the awesome pair in good health brother!!

Nice pair! Personally I like a little color diversity but that is what makes this hobby interesting. Everyone has different taste.
