Rolex Milgauss GV or New Explorer I
I have been pondering over the purchase of a new Explorer I and now a friend of mine has offered me a Milgauss GV at what I believe is a very good price!! I am now in a quandry. Do I stick to my guns and buy a new Explorer or do I go with the second hand Milgauss GV and put some money to the side for my next Panerai?
I don't like PCL's at all which is why my Daytona went so I would get the bracelet on the GV brushed completely, and possibly the case!! I think with all this rambling I am answering my own question!! UK guys. What would you consider a GV to be worth?

Sounds like you want the Explorer, then get the Explorer.

GV for me too - fun to look at and it's the avant garde in the line up
depends on serial, condition etc but they're going from about £4500 in the UK.

GV! both because it's the GV and because you have a DSSD, so, the two together would be a killer combo.

Of the two I personally prefer the Explorer, and it seems like you also like the Explorer, hence my vote.

I love PCLs so I'd vote for the Milgauss, but it sounds like you should go for the Explorer!

Milgauss... If you're getting a really good deal, you can still re-sell and get the explorer later.

I like the Explorer, and the longer I have it, the more I appreciate the satin band.
