Lefties = Righties

So, I continuously hear "You're wearing your watch on the wrong hand!"

...I presume most of the general population is not aware of how uncomfortable a watch is to wear on your left arm when you are left handed.

I'm curious how many other TRF members have ran into this 'problem'
I mean, it's a great way to get your watch noticed

Are there any lefties that wear their watches on their left arm and it actually feel normal?

Funny story; my girlfriend has always broken my balls over wearing my watches on my Right arm. I tell her it's normal, she says it's not.
So, EVERY single time there is a TV episode/movie where a person is wearing their watches on their right arm, I always say "LOOK! LOOK! He wears it on his right too!"

I'm right-handed and wear my watch on my right arm. I find it more comfortable that way.

It's funny that you mention it, but I often get mistaken for being left-handed because of it.

I only know one other lefty who prefers to wear it on his left arm.

I ask him how it feels comfortable, he says he never uses pens or anything so it never gets in the way.
...I secretly think he's just trying to blend in.

I wear my watch on my left because I do not like it on my right when I am working. The bracelet drags all over my desk when using the mouse. On my left I can keep it slightly elevated and it never sits on the desk.

I wear mine on my left arm and am left-handed. Doesn't feel uncomfortable at all to me.

I tried it on my right arm and that was just weird. I do everything with my left - so it's natural to use it to check the time.

I know many left-handed friends who wear watches on their right arms. I've always thought it was normal and more comfortable for them.

I never really gave much thought about that, but I agree 100%. It feels more natural to check the time that way.

It is MUCH more comfortable.

I would be like any righty switching.

I can barely tell the time if it's on my left arm...Pretty strange.
I'm very ambidextrous, but not with watches.

My crown is on the right side of my watch.

Sometimes it holds my cuffs above it - other than that, it's the only real difference.

I do have one cheaper watch which was made for lefties, but I rarely wear it.

Show your girlfriend this and it should help convince her...

Ok, only I saw a Sub-c made for "righties" the other week. Crown on left.
Must admit it looked odd.

Where did you get my picture from?

Nah...She's convinced now - I forget which TV show we watched, but 90% of the people wore their watches on their right arm.

...And so did one great actor.

Just can't remember the names right now....

I am left handed and wear watches on the right.
All the rest of my family are right handed and wear their watches on the right too.
Where is the logic in that!?!

Lefty here, and where it on the left, but I think for some reason it looks better on the right.
