Please people just use common sense and basic principles of rational and read Charles' posts, slowly.
Let it go, stop these threads already.

It is the same reason there will never be a SS Blue/Blue Submariner. With the precious metal models, what is really being sold is exclusivity. If they take that away and make an identical SS version, what would be the point of buying the WG version?

Rolex is not going to create a disincentive to purchase the flagship precious metal models by offering the visually identical model in SS. It would not make any sense.

I doubt it very seriously because WG and SS look extremely similar. Even the person willing to spend the $40K on WG will then think twice and wonder "Is WG really worth it, when I can get the same look for $30K less???" because the biggest factor is the pepsi insert.

I doubt it, though I'd love to see the mythical white dial desk pilot GMT in stainless. As I said on page one, a black dial for the GMT is too easy to source for Rolex to put the BLRO bezel on any stainless GMT. They apparently went to the trouble to make it so the bezel is not interchangeable, so I doubt they will put one on a stainless model of any dial color just so guys can then go a swap for an easily obtained black dial.

Say the new future Pepsi will be different to the WG one. What about SS Pepsi with a blue dial and maybe fully brushed bracelet, or even better, a tribute to PanAm, updated white dial ceramic Pepsi.
Those Pepsi's would be different enough, just like WG and SS Subs WG and SS Daytonas and WG and SS YMIIs.
Finally Rolex is a company which cares about profit (more than about a customer)))
Wont happen...betcha

Probably highly unlikely but no one can really say for certain - you just never know!

Well there are probably hundreds of thousands of GMT:s with red/blue bezel insert around in SS, after all Rolex has been making them since the 50's. And as an added bonus you get a much nicer case If you are into WG this is your first chance. Everybody wins.

Only Rlx know. Finally it's a company with 5 Bln turnover. In any case SS Pepsi is logical and historical, when it comes to the market it's up to Rlx. But I'm sure, it will come.

You are sure it will come and I am sure it won't so the only thing to be sure of is one of us will surely be wrong.

Since I have a 16710 Coke and a BLNR I hope they never make a SS Coke with a ceramic bezel. If you want a SS bi-color bezel there's the BLNR.

While I admire your conviction, I'm certain you'll encounter a unicorn before you will a SS ceramic Pepsi.....

So who can tell which one is a 16019 a WG model , and which one is a 16014 (rolesor) on that picture :

Both are original genuine Rolex models ...

Spot on it will in no way ever happen. Now we may get a platinum coke. That would be AWESOME

If the Coke version comes out, it will be in platinum. By then, the Pepsi will be a bargain at 40K.

Is the new SS Yachtmaster II not very similar in look to the precious metal version?

Anyways, I had hoped for SS Pepsi GMT model... maybe we will get the SS Coke instead.

There is always next year...
