1675 Gilt Check

I'm looking to educate myself in late 60's GMT's for future reference.

I understand most gilt dials started with the small GMT hands. Were they all silver , or should they be gilt (gold)?

The dial itself and text looks pretty legit. Anything specific to look out for? Are these dials faked often? There's numerous detailed sites for Submariner dials, but not much for early GMT's.

The tritium plots and hands look like a proper match. Were GMT hands known to hold up well like this example? Any risk of cracking or crumbling if using a GMT for "daily" use?

Is serviceability pretty straight forward and easy to come by? Any known issues to expect with a date wheel?

Any personal advice or experience would be helpful as well!
