Love the JLC so would choose that one, for the 5146 I would choose in WG but with white/cream dial, looks great in person, much better than on pics, a friend has it and was surprised as I wasn't a fan. Of course none are real dress watches but who said you need a pure dress watch, these are way better IMO

Of the two, the PP for sure. As others have said neither are really a dress watch but I do t think that's what you're actually looking for. You are looking for a 'business' watch or a 'suit' watch.
The JLC just seems too large to fit that purpose so based on that alone I'd go with the PP. But have you considered anything from Lange, Journe, Vacheron or even an old school 36mm Rolex Day-Date (the ultimate 'business' watch). |

Really cannot go wrong with Patek.....but...I always think of a dress watch as simple, smaller in case size, no bracelet, and rather thin. Neither of these watches are dress timepieces. Recommend Patek Gondolo 5010 for a winder or Calatrava for automatic. Elegant and simple. Reasonable price for a watch that is not often worn.
