Tag Heuer bag from Tag
Two months ago I sent my Tag Heuer Divers watch back to the factory for some love. After 25 years of wearing it the bezel kept popping off, the battery was dead and I wanted a new Tag leather band on it. The whole process took two months and to say there is a night and day difference from what I sent in to what I got back is an understatement. I sent in a watch with a silver divers face and a brown calf skin band. What I got back was a black face dial and a black band. Maybe its me but its like sending a white car to a body shop to have a few dents fixed and you get back a green car because they didn't have white paint. Don't get me wrong, its a nice watch its just that its not my watch. Spoke to Tag about this and was told these are the parts we have for your watch, yours were rusted. Funny, all my parts were returned and I didn't see one speck of rust on anything. Thoughts on how to handle this.
Thanks, Lancedial.jpg watch.jpg |
