My very first experience with Giovanni was when I brought him a pre-owned watch, fully expecting that it would need service as it wasn't keeping time. He took it to the back and a few minutes later emerged to tell me that the movement was fine, and that all the watch needed was a simple regulation. He could have easily billed me for more by taking the watch in for a full service, but instead he offered to remedy my problem for a fraction of the cost... for the sake of doing the right thing.
That experience stuck with me and I now only take my watches to Giovanni and crew at RSC SF. They're consummate pros who ooze integrity. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I live in the Sacramento region, a couple hours from SF but I'm happy to go RSC SF for even minor adjustments. I trust RSC SF to do the right thing the first time. Not so much my local AD.
