Look forward to seeing your photos of the new watch. Can you put up a few more photos of the vintage Sea Dweller?

Agreed it wasn't selling but most agree that was a pricing issue and similarity to the sub. So they made the watch bigger and added the red font which everyone has applauded to date. The magnifier has not been widely accepted or necessary.

And you think that by enlarging the bezel and adding a cyclops it's suddenly going to be a winner?

it will sell more than the sd4k. the sd4k just wasnt in high demand. rolex doesnt kill off watches for no reason.

im probably not in the majority here but i felt as if the sd4k was a meh model. half sub half dssd. inferior to both.

Only time will tell. But as I've said before I just think that this reference will highlight just how perfect the SD4K actually is. It seems that those that have seen it have been underwhelmed, in their own words.

Good to see in any event that it may be easier to obtain than the Daytona?

Not accepted? Where? On Internet? There's real world out of WIS and watch lovers. I doubt any non-WIS will even notice the point that SD has a cylops now and it is being considered an abomination online. Even if he's told that SD has cyclops 1st time, he'll be like.. Okay.. let me check if it suits me and then buys or not. It will not affect his purchase decision even 1%.
