Is the RubberB strap more pliable than Patek's original straps for Aquanuts?

yes, i think so. it feels ok without much break-in.

How easy/time consuming is it to do a strap change?

Was about to ask the same question! Really keen to add a Rubber B to my leather strap Nautilus but a little stressed about doing it!
