yes. funny i looked up 5990's on our subforum and saw a handful under 100k, just 6 months ago. have prices shot up so much that sub 100k is unlikely now ?

All the ones on this forum that were listed last year under $100k, were pre-owned, which is aligned with what I posted earlier. There was one new one listed for $105k, which also aligns with what I posted :).

One other note to consider is last year was a bit unpredictable and some folks were doing bit of panic selling. Regardless, the overall pricing is pretty consistent and asking prices slightly rose this year.
