If money wasn't an issue? Absolutely!
And just because money isn't an issue, I can get all the other models too right? |

Not both ceramic models. If they were different eras, then yes. I have a Sub Date 1680 and a Sub 14060. To me, they're very different watches.

Not exactly, but I do have the equivalent in the former versions right before the ceramics were introduced, the 16610 Submariner Date & the 14060 Submariner.
Add to that a Sub-C 114060 and I guess we can say that given the right circumstances I might add a Sub-C 116610LN I just love Submariner. If I could I'd own one of every Sub made through the model's evolution.

Yes! The Sub C ND is the most iconic sub IMO!

I wouldn't buy two black subs, but adding a gold/TT sub would be no problem for me.

As Neil has said above, I wouldn't do it with 2 black subs but if I could afford it I could easily see myself buying the ND Sub (black obviously) and the LVc. I reckon then I would have subs covered, date, no date, Black, Colour....
The only missing piece would be the WG Sub........That is the dream for me right now |

Not in the same color, but potentially in different ones.

No I'd probably keep the sub-c no date and add a GMT II instead of the sub-c date for a bit more variety.

Well I guess never say never. I can't own two black subs. Now if the sub date was a hulk or TT or yg, then I might consider it. But I'd look at other no date rolexes first. Sent from my iPhone 9S using Tapatalk |

I have a Sub C TT Blusey (which has the date) and a Sub C No-date..so yes I guess I did. but they look different enough to feel like 2 totally different watches even though they are both Subs.

As far as owning both an 14060 and 114060. The 14060 allows for easy transformation to varied straps and inserts where as the 114060 is like a monument built to be unchanged and permanent in an ever changing world. They are visually similar but very different watches. I apologize for the crappy pictures. |
