Yes he is. But i beleive he's a multi millionaire. He said it himself in one of his videos that he's far from being a billionaire.

Not sure what vibe is throwing you off I have been to this boutique and it is by far one of the nicest I have been too. They have an amazing selection of the rarest and hottest timepieces in the world all on display. Beats buying from a jewelry mall right on 47th street.
