Dozens of boxes, owner's booklets, hang tags, etc available on eBay. Warranty papers won't be of any use, they have the original watch serial number filled in.

Congratulations and welcome to TRF. I wouldn't be concerned about the box. It will just take up space since the watch will always be on your wrist.
Papers aren't really needed. Rolex has a record of Ser. Nos. and if you take it to anywhere else, the warranty won't do you much good.

I'll have to agree, the rolex hasn't left my wrist, only to sleep. Who needs a box.

Can someone tell me how come the Submariner is much more in demand then the SD. Ever where I look, the sub is more money on the gray market. The SD is a tighter watch, and has a minimal price above the sub. What Gives. Also, I paid 3395.00 at a local pawn shop here in S.W Florida. The watch is in great condition, 100 percent all original D ser# 05-06 and no stretch in the band.Picks will be posted soon.

Great choice on the SD. Such a great watch with so much history.
One thing to consider is that if, when the time is right, you send the watch to RSC for service you will get service paperwork with the serial number of the watch. |

I just think the Submariner is a much more well known model than the Sea Dweller and more advertised model. The SD might be perceived by the general public as a more dedicated diving watch. Both watches are excellent when you come to know them well, just different

Welcome. Like others have said, papers forget it and boxes are available on the secondary market. Enjoy it.

I would say just enjoy it and when it comes back from its first RSC service, the pouch and services papers will serve as a ample replacement for the originals.
