Is that a BBQ Guru installed on your BGE? My Wife got me one for Christmas, and I can't wait to try it. I'm thinking maybe a pork butt for the championship game this Monday...

It is. This is my first cook with it. It came on NYE. Just threw a butt on the grill. I will let you know how it turns out. FYI, setting up to wifi for remote access through the Pit Pal app was a bit of a pain even though I'm pretty tech savvy. Took me about an hour of trial and error to get settings in the router and app right. PM me if u need some help or tips. All is working well now and love that I can monitor food and grill temp from the man cave.

I'd love to hear how your first cook turns out, and thanks for the offer to help. I'm going to dig into mine this weekend.

Sous Vide Filet Mignon, followed by a 600 degree sear on the BGE.

To keep the post watch related, I was wearing my 116509 to time the sear.

Touché! I do believe you've picked the right drink.

So off the important topic (of eggs), who will be the next 007?

I thought Tom Hiddleston but maybe now Tom Hardy, he's more like Craig.
