Red Sub bound for the winder
Regularly rotate what I'm wearing & despite having 2 winders I usually just reset as & when I need to. Went to put on my 1680 this morning & having not worn it for sometime (5th) I spent a while getting the date correct, i'm worried about un-necessary wear on the crown so am thinking the Red will now live in the winder. Anyone else tend to leave the non quick set models in the winders ?

Not me, I just set mine manually whenever I use it, did consider getting a winder though but then thought against it since the charm was in a manually winding it whenever required:). Not sure about crown wear though on keeping in the winder, anyone here?

How about thumb and finger wear? These non-quick setters will kill you if you are concerned about having the correct date.
