Panerai nothing for the office?

Hello. I'm thinking about getting a PAM 90 or 250. While browsing through the wrist shot pictures, I hardly see any shots of people wearing long sleeve business shirts with their PAMs. As I often have to wear a suit, is a PAM the wrong watch for me? Should I forget about wearing PAMs at the office and switch to the Rolex forum? Thanks a lot for your help!

My first PAM was a 90 and I just got a 305. I have a 7.5" wrist and I have no problem with getting both under the cuff of a dress shirt. I thought the 305 might be a bit too large but it slipped right under my cuff no problem. I do have double buttoned cuffs on most all of my dress shirts though.

I would get the watch you want, then buy new shirts if needed rather then fit the watch to a shirt

There are also Radiomir cases (Aka cushion cases) that are much thinner than luminors. I would suggest wear a suit to an AD and trying some on. A watch is a personal thing.

I wear my 88 on a oem strap under dress shirts all the time, no problems.

Panerai watches are large. That's a fact. I find it hard to fit any of my Panerai under my long sleeve cuffs. A 42mm radiomir may be better for this, but they are not among the more popular models in the line-up. IMHO.

I do...

Luminors are better on a croc for fitting under shirts...

RADs makes it a bit of a non-issue...

If you watch football you will some some on the announcers and they are wearing suits. Jesse Palmer wears one all the time, I think it's a 88, I was checking it out today actually but he always wear the same one.

The 233 (ie. 1950 case + domed crystal) is a very very tight fit under cuffs. The 000 (ie. regular Luminor case) fits no problems with OEM straps.
