Vacheron Overseas bezel alignment
Hey all after a very long wait I finally got my first vacheron! The 4500v blue dial. I have been loving this watch and all of its details. I have been looking at the Watch very closely and am wondering if the bezel is slightly misaligned to the right? Is this normal? Am I over analyzing or is there an issue here?

I do not see it. What exactly are you referring to?

Is it the effects of the picture or actually rotated? In your first picture, I see similarly “shift” at 6 O’Clock to the right, and 2 the cut outs in the bezel seems bigger on the right size. That’s typically distortion of the picture. I don’t see the same shift in the second and third pictures.
I took my calibers out and measured the Maltese cross in the bezel. Each cut out should be 10.3mm wide and the cut out for the strap is 6.8mm wide, which means that the distance between one side of the cut out to the other side should be around 1.8mm. I checked mine and it’s within the margin of error. If yours don’t measure up, probably means it’s rotated and I’d send it back to VC to ask them to fix it.

Compliments this VC is a watch belonging to the Olympus of watches.
The position seems to minimally change depending on the picture, this meaning that the misalignment, if any, is less than marginal. Don’t let the watch be touched for this basically non existing issue. And enjoy your top OS3! |

If your photos are accurate I also don't see anything wrong.
