Very simple,very effective gym .

TRX Suspension training.Used this yesterday, since the gym was closed and I am at 2 weeks before competition.Trained shoulders/legs/abdominals yesterday.

This is a great system for any bodypart.Strength/endurance/cardio.....all can be done with this.I need some kettlebells and this will be added shortly.

Cross fit system.

That with kettlebells at high intensity short workout is very effective. If done correctly you're supposed to vomit at the end of your workout.

Didn't realize you competed in bbing. I salute you.

The driveway is 1 1/2 miles, the dog was keen first time round, not so much on the second!

Curl the dog as you run! He wouldn't mind eating more to increase the resistance for you!

Kettle bells are legit but must be done perfectly or you risk injury. Most gyms cause of insurance reasons don't even have them. Instructors have to be certified to use them.

So that's what that's called. I had to look that one up. I don't wear them but I do wear sunglasses to da clubs at night. Almost the same thing.

That is my simple gym as well. I just got back from a 14 mile run in the rain. I do have a gym membership though and lift 3 - 4 times a week and run 6 - 7 days a week.

You wouldn't have loved the smell (though not as bad as some of the seedier gyms I've been to!)
