Gasket question

I have a question I am sure the fully qualified watchmakers can answer easily I am sure. I have a 16233 datejust and 18038 Presi due for new sapphire crystal gaskets, I like them changed every few years, I don't need to change the sapphire crystals as I am careful and they are still perfect with no chips. I plan to do this myself these seals are available but tney come in different heights from 2.3 mm to 3mm. Does anyone know what height is used in these two rolexes. Thanks in advance.
