Sub on rubber nato
I am not one to remove the bracelet, but this time of year I like Nato straps to get over my cold weather gear while hiking and paddling. I think the rubber Nato is fantastic. Thoughts?

I like them (have them in several colors). Perfect for water sports.
but can’t help but feel they are not as strong as their nylon counterpart ... makes me anxious about losing watch. ... they are dry rotting in my draw.

They seem to fit tight. Maybe different color?

Absolutely love these Bonetto Cinturini rubber nato straps. Possibly the most comfortable strap I've ever worn.

If I was hiking and paddling in rivers I would feel a lot better about having my sub on its bracelet vs a nylon or rubber strap.

Me too. I can't get the bracelet over my dry suit sleeve. I can with nato straps. My divers extension just misses the mark.

Sir, I am going to have to ask you to stop posting pictures of watches on straps. It is causing sudden spikes in watch accessory expenditure in this household |

I had that problem one time with a wet suit and pulled the sleeve over the watch. Inadvertently discovered the quickest way to add 10 years of hairline scratches in a single dive! |

For a <$500 watch, maybe.
For a $9000+ Rolex, hell no. |
