Putting on my Apple Watch was a terrible thing
Honestly, love traditional timepieces but the convenience, versatility and comfort is now a permanent part of my day; I regret and respect this thing more and more.
I’ll still wear my watches now and then, but they’re more wearable art accessory than a timing device. Anyone else? |

Trying to get banned again?
You're like a beef lover on a vegan site. For shame.

Yeah, I get it. So why not just send your "traditional" watches to me since you are over them?

I stick my Apple watch on from time to time. The almost daily charging becomes a bit of a pain after a day or three and I out something else back on.

OK OK OK !! The DM attacks are loud and clear.
I shall allow the Apple Watch one last charge and crypto valuation reminder and that’s that. Will visit my AD confession booth today and break out the Day Date. |

C'mon man, wear the mechanical timepiece as normal and Apple on the other wrist. Sheeesh, God (and Spielberg) gave you two wrists for a reason Chewy, use 'em

I mean. I get the hate. But since you posted, I feel the same way. It is all I wear during the day. Occasionally I put a traditional watch on when I go out somewhere but usually no need.
Love my Rolex, need my Apple Watch. |

I got infatuated with closing the Fitness rings this year when I got the AW in January. I closed all three rings for 100 days in a row. During that time I barely wore any other watch. I have finally started sharing some more time with the Sub, but the AW is just so damn convenient throughout my day..

How could you? You were supposed to destroy the Apple Watch not wear one.

The Apple Watch is what originally got me into watches. The first time Tim Cook said "Horology" on stage, it piqued my interest. Although I wore an Apple Watch daily for a few years before dipping my toes into the automatic world, I owe that initial interest to Apple.
I wear an automatic every day, but take it off when I use my peloton, or when I go on vacation. |

I double wrist. Rolex on the right and apple on the left. I've been recovering from a major back injury and need to track my metrics on the Apple Watch and can't live without a Rolex.

I wish I could double wrist, I just can't bring myself to do it.
The heart metrics alone make it worth it for a lot of people, ever since I had COVID it has helped me track heart issues. I've recently gotten them somewhat under control so I can go back to an automatic, otherwise I would keep it on. |

I don't like to wear a source of EMF radiation on my wrist. (If you leave it in airplane mode, that takes away the issue).
And I can't get past the frequent charging. I was given an Apple watch a few years ago, and it remains the only watch I have ever sold on. But for certain use cases, I get the attraction.
