Totally mesmerising watch. Could look at it all day.

I'm actually warming to the gold as well. Looks just as fetching as the steel.

All four are great, not sold on the lighter rhodium movement as in the 37mm variants.

Must say the 15407st is my favourite SS openworked even hold it over the 26518ST but for the OR it’s the 26518OR > 15305OR > 15407OR.

So let’s forget the tourbillons as they make my wallet flinch, Ben’s duo is the best of the 41/39’s

I would rather have both in 41mm.

Prefer the look of the double balanced and the size would suit me better

Likewise I do find the 39mm too small for my taste but do find the lovely contrast of the gold balance bridge isn’t the same on the OR as it is on the ST.

Deep pockets for this one but it’s nice and 41mm my favourite OR Openworked

This thread is my kryptonite ... find myself edging ever closer to sacking up and paying the premium for the 15407ST!

While the tourbillon is impressive ( and so is the eye-watering price ), I actually think don't like skeleton movement that does not fill up the dial. Seems kind of wierd to see skin on the watch dial. That's my nitpick on this watch.

I think it’s a gorgeous watch, but off the wrist. I agree with you...something just doesn’t feel right seeing through the dial down to the wrist.

Yeah do get that and it did concern me at first but most pics we see are under strong lighting and that does make it really stand out but on the wrist under normal lighting its more subtle.

I havent got any wrist shots of my own but a couple I’ve found but again its under lighting and a pictured closer then you’d view on your wrist.

Made it out alive!

Had the chance to try on some lovely Rolex models and may have came away waiting a couple but the 407st stood its ground and came away victorious!
