Question regarding power reserve watches

Hi All,
I have a question about power reserve watches. When one is wearing a watch with a power reserve indicator, does the watch ever get fully wound with normal wear?

Yes if it’s worn regularly.

My Spring Drive watches stay topped off as long as I’m wearing them.

Yes, definitely ... and of course it depends on the efficiency of the automatic movement in terms of how quickly the power reserve indicator shows full capacity.

I've never tried to go from zero to full wind by simply wearing my North Flag, but the one thing I did find out rather quickly was that the old adage about giving an automatic watch a full wind weekly is simply unnecessary.

Normal wear, without any extraneous movement or manual winding, will keep the watch fully wound.
