Any problems with Panerai after service?

I’m planning on adding a PAM01392 to my rotation.

Will be my first foray with Panerai. The only thing holding me back is the mixed
responses I’m getting when servicing is required.

Any good/bad points would be appreciated…

Rolex excels at this part and wondering if it’s worth giving PAM a miss because of this

PAM USA in TX has been good in my experience.

I’ve always had excellent service from them. All brands lay an egg on occasion, and that’s what you hear about unfortunately.

Good to hear this. Thanks for the replies.

I’m a fan of polishing at servicing. Any horrors or generally on par with Rolex?

are we able to just bring the watch into a boutique to have them send it off to get serviced?

or do we have to deal with Panerai Texas directly?

Both, either, your choice.

I had a major service on my 111 at Panerai Texas almost two years ago. There was a small issue when I got the watch back (I can't remember what it was) and it was sent back. I got the watch back the second time and it has been GREAT since! I would say my experience was pretty good and would not hesitate to use them again.
