I’d love that watch just a bit simplified and without the collaboration. Lose the collab colors, logo and the GMT and you have a killer, regular production sub.

When I think of Brabus, I think of a trim level for Smart cars.

There’s a lot to like but lose the branding and get reasonable on the price and this would be a winner.

Imagine the OP up/down logo instead of Brabus. Panerai, my retainer fee is reasonable.

I’m sorry, this brand just keeps making mistake after mistake. It’s a shame because there’s a lot to love, but the direction is all wrong. Prices are also absurd.

Significantly more appropriate collaboration than AP and the Black Panther/Marvel collaboration.

This is good. Hopefully we don’t have to see this again other than a random listing for sale here or there.

Looks great!!!

Been away from the car scene for too long, didn't realize Brabus is in the boat business...

It's rated at 300 meters WR (same as 1661/1664) but has a display caseback, so this further confirms the move to a solid casebacks on the other carbotech models is a primarily cost-cutting move or to conceal whatever changes were made to the movement?

Never even heard of Brabus before. Must be for Europe. It's cool but lose the logo and the price is obscene.

Definitely do not think of that when I hear the name Brabus, you must not be a car guy Cru.

No Carbotech models have ever had a display case back since their introduction. This special edition would be the first to do so.

Here is a pic of the Brabus case back.

Honestly, I really liked the Black Panther/Marvel watch. I thought it was awesome, but my taste isn't exactly like pure collectors.

Sad, but hardly a surprise. We've seen Jean-Marc Pontroué's work before and it wasn't good.

How quickly he turned Panerai from this:

Into this:

I'm sure it has appeal to some. But it isn't a Panerai.

Because the 100 piece Brabus watch is the only watch they make. Let’s be serious.

Us old-schoolers should be well pleased in another year or so.
