Famous 80s song - “Turning Japanese”

Loving the Nakaya Dorsal Fin in Kuro Tamenuri with ink friendly Muji notebook and Grand Seiko Snowflake Spring Drive.

Have a great week ahead!

Thank you! I’m pretty amazed at the craftsmanship of these venerable Japanese brands — the sweeping seconds hand of the Spring Drive movement and the Urushi lacquer on the barrel.

Both timepiece and pen should be in one’s collection.

I didn't see the immediate reference to the Vapor's one hit wonder innuendo about masturbation but nice watch

" Turning Japanese " as sung by The Vapors , released in 1980 . The group supported The Jam on their Setting sons tour , & I was lucky enough to see them live . Oh & great watch by the way .
