I have one on hold at one of the local ADs... discounted also! Sweet everyday watch and very light, looks different with the all black look.

Solid watch. Can't wait to get it!

It looks like a beauty. I was surprised to read in the specs that it has a helium valve with a depth rating of 50m??

Methinks it's more like 500m...

Oops, guess it's time for glasses!!!! Sorry for the error, thanks for the correction. It seemed a little "goofy" to have a helium escape valve on a 50m watch

Mine finally arrived too a couple of days ago (180/900)! Looks as good in the flesh as in print. I bought a Ball Mad Cow just before this came, thinking I'll foresake this piece, but couldn't resist it the moment I saw it - it has this "unassuming presence". Only complain is it looks like a Casio from far

This is my first PVD coated watch, the texture is kinda different compared to the smoothness of stainless steel. Any mainenance tips for PVD coating ? Really doesn't scratch easily ?

Will try to post pics later.

Your pictures look awesome. I sure like Victorinox as a company. I have several pieces of luggage, computer cases, portfolios, a couple of older watches, etc.

After looking at your superb pictures I could imagine myself having on one of these watches.

I just got rid of the MTM Navy SEAL Dive watch I had though and have the Tag listed now.

The last thing I need is another watch.

Your's is sure tempting. Love the PVD coating. This sure looks like one rugged watch.

There is one guy gouging people trying to make a profit off of it. He is selling it for $3,000. Then there is this guy who is basically asking for the list price right below it. So whoever wants it, it is available at a decent price.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Victorinox-Swiss...QQcmdZViewItem

I've got my heart set on a couple of pricey exhibition back watches that are more fitting my age.

Someone go for it.

Just saw one of these watches tonight and I'm waiting for the guy to get back to me with a price. It's No.668 of the Limited Edition.

Robert,

How is the Victorinox working out for you?

Will you be passing back through Tampa anytime in the near future?

Sean

I hope to be in Tampa in August for a few days, still working on the details. I have my flight info all set but cannot buy tickets until I am told to "officially" travel. I see very little travel for me for the next year also, so they tell me.

Right now I am wearing my TT GMTII and Breitling most of the time. I save the SA for when I need to dress in cammies. It fits better.

USD1857.00 is what my AD wants to the Victorinox. I'm not buying it, but...

Has anyone actually bought this watch? I am not too much into Swiss Army or Victorinox, however I recently pulled the trigger on an Airboss IV. Was bought over by the huge case and manual wind mechanism. Now I am awaiting its arrival!

Anyone else has it?

Cheers

Since the limited is hard to find there is also this titanium diver that is pretty nice for the price:
