Well, I have never been treated like a beggar. Rolex is more than a quality watch brand, and that's why they are still over those that make a better quality watch, and as long as they keep doing what they do best, I will keep standing in line.

I don’t really get the point of this post.

I don’t know wether you have an issue with the way people conduct themselves here, when they exclaim their excitement over a new watch, wether you have an issue with the authorised dealer network for some reason, or both.

If you don’t think you are being respected by your AD, find another.

If you dislike the current day process of buying a watch, either except the wait times or stop buying watches.

You are not special and you are not entitled to be served with whatever you want just because you are parting with what feels like a lot of money.

The people that do, especially new buyers are extremely excited to get their watch, but the way in which people express themselves has nothing to do with me and I should not pass judgement.

You are entitled to have your say but there is not much you can do to change things.

It is what it is, you just have to wait. And if your AD isn’t respectful then move ADs.

After acquiring my "grail" watch, a BLRO, my pursuit is over. My store visits and phone calls have diminished. My AD knows I am interested in a Sky-Dweller. If it happens it happens. More relaxed knowing i am satisified with my collection of two GMTs and a Submariner. Feel very fortunate.
