Hi, I’m Paul, I’m a construction manager in the uk and have just bought an explorer ii 16570 polar in mint nos condition. I also own a Tag Heuer Carrera calibre 5.
I think the Rolex addiction is going to bite me! I’m already planning my next purchase...

Welcome everyone here at the forum!

I’ve been watching this website for a long time and the time has come for me as well to register here. I do not belong to the younger generation, I am in my fifties+.. and I am not the best at the world of internet either but everything is changing.
It’s been almost 30 years now that I bought my first Rolex and since then I have been collecting them.
My favourite is the 1930s. -Prince, -Rectangular,- Cushion oyster – of course most of them, only in the original condition, with box and papers !
I hope I can contribute to the forum with my experience and I can learn as well and meet collectors of similar interest.

Tommy from Austria

I am 36 year old. Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in the US. I currently own GMTII BLNR. I used to own TT daytona 116503 but did not like and sold it. I am actively looking for another Rolex now, probably DJ36 or Submariner.

Name is Jerry, 46 yrs old, Chief Information Officer for a global biotech organization. Bug bit me HARD when my father handed me my first Rolex SD R16660A when I got out of the Army after the Gulf War. I've been collecting since and have added a DSSD 126660 and have a Polar Ex II in my sights.

I am not dedicated to Rolex however as I love all watches and consider myself quite lucky to have a collection of around 2 dozen beautiful pieces; all of which are worn in a random, mood driven rotation, all have a story behind how they came into my life and I can truly say that this is one instance in life where I want what I have rather than having what I want.

I've been wearing my 114060 No Date a lot lately ever since I got a leather strap. It was actually purchased a couple years ago from Daryl Seow who is a member here. Hi Daryl and I'm still wearing the Sub!

I'm torn between these two amazing Rolex Datejust's

So I need some help !!!!!

I'm torn between these two amazing Rolex Datejust II's

Both are now discontinued and will be worn regularly but not daily. I initially thought the silver dial with blue Arabic numerals was the one. It looks completely silver at first glance until the light catches it and you notice the light blue highlights but I've just been offered the blue dial with white gold fluted bezel, which is simply beautiful.
