Rolex 16550A / What to buy next?

I'm looking to grow my vintage collection.

Thoughts on this watch? I have opportunity to purchase. I've noted the damage to the bezel.

Full set (minus papers). Original owner. I have a hard time judging creams. It has the correct white gold surrounds but I'm not sure about the color of the dial.

I'm also a bit torn on what to buy next? I have a 1967 5512 Sub, 1966 5513 Sub and a 116528 blue dial Daytona. I love all three watches but of course still have the itch to grow the collection .

I've had and discarded a nice 1971 1680 Red Sub (regret), 5512 Gilt, 16610, and 16710. I would love to join the 6263/6265 club but feel its just at a price point I can't reach and I missed the boat 5-10 years ago .

I'm looking to the 80s for the next wave of vintage that will be collectible and has room to appreciate and have my eyes on a cream Explorer or maybe an inverted 6 Daytona.

Been reading the forum for almost a decade and finally decided to join in the conversation and ask some advice .
