LOL, you're nuts JJ, but I still love ya! You're right though, this place is great. This is where you'll find the most Rolex knowledge on the net, and from truely helpful people who care about each other.

Wanna snog now JJ?

The members make this place awesome. I've been here less than a month and already have 200 posts. Nobody belittles anyone about anything. Everyone has fun and you can break balls here which is great.

You know, I can honestly say that the rating has much less importance than the fun and TRUE friendships that I have here. Including you, my bald living in the NE, moving over the pond, WANKER buddy.

Oops, someone forgot to reset their clock today. I just noticed, Paul, that your last post reads 1:02 PM today. I just looked at my watch and it says 12:15 PM. And since we are in the same time zone, you have either gained the knowledge of time travel, or Mark is asleep at the switch.

I do want to steer away from false sentiments and we’re all big boys here but I fully concur with JJ: this is indeed a great forum. I’ve been around ‘forum land’ long enough to really be able to judge this. Flight jackets, other watch forums some time ago and a couple of Veteran e-mail groups. By far, this is the most friendly place I ever had the honour and pleasure to be part of. People from all walks of life and all ages are present. Good advise is given (Tyler, just save up that cash and don’t squander it on other watches), emotions are shared and jokes are told. I feel really, really welcome here and post almost every day.

This is how this world should be folks. This forum breaks all boundaries, both tangible and intangible. Incredible experience. I think most of the credit must go to JJ, one seldom meets a person that friendly and warm. A far cry to what you can find outside on an average day. The aggression and intolerance in traffic for instance is mind numbing. Everything has to be fast and quick nowadays. I like to cook and cannot fathom why everything has to be ‘instant’. To me the fun is in the prepping and taking care that all goes the way I want it. (I also bake our own bread). Slow cooking is the way to go.

Below is a picture of Anne, my wife and Kayleigh, our daughter. Both dressed in traditional Javanese attire.

Thank you for this great forum!

Frans.

Same here, Frans. Lovely family, and even better now that we know Anne is OK.
