Cellini case back

Is that case back genuine. I see some that look like this on the exact same model and case material. Is it just a mater of where or when it was made or is it a "watch out!?"



The bottom hallmark on the right side with the wreath type back has a coronet in that hallmark so that's what really got me wondering. I see a lot of the plain style backs from what I would assume to be reputable dealers so....I don't know.

Its a fake, all the solid gold ones ive seen have the 750 stamped in also to indicate the Karats

So all these Cellinis in the classifieds here that look exactly like the one marked 18k are fake? Do a search in classifieds and you'll see a bunch without 750 or the wreath.

I think it's a matter of year was manufactured but don't know. The guy offering me the one marked 18k has a bunch of high quality Patek movements and other nice watches that I know are genuine but just curious about the "why" in case back difference.
