2 Questions

Two quick questions…..

1. Has anyone seen a fake Rolex come with a warranty card and serial number, that matches the serial number engraved on the inner bezel? Does a warranty card with matching serial number, usually give strong evidence that the watch is real?

2. Newer Rolex’s have that really tiny, faint, etched crown logo at the bottom of the Rolex crystal…. can fakes have this? Or is it a pretty good sign that something is authentic if it has this etching?

Thanks guys.

fakes are getting incredibly accurate and difficult to spot, even movements are being modified to look original
As stated an expert can tell the difference with a magnifying glass

If you get the serial number google it. Many use the same number, and as more are discovered and reported here they become searchable.

That'll rule out obvious fakes using known serials and save you the hassle of investigating further.
