Sell or Trade to Upgrade
I am receiving a small bonus in the next week or so and would like to treat myself to something nice. Initially I thought about buying the 116710 GMT IIc (M serial) and holding on to my 16610 M serial sub however, I think its a bit much and I do not desire to have both. With that said, which is the better option?
1. Sell the Sub and by the GMT outright or 2. Trade the sub up Both would require cash from my end but I'm hoping to fork out no more than 1k for the upgrade. Any thoughts? |

Sell the Sub and by the GMT outright... Although you may have to come up with a bit more than $1,000 for the upgrade...

Trading up usually means getting wholesale price and paying retail. Sell the Sub.
