Polished edges on bracelet of 16613?
I've seen some photos of the 16613 Bluesy with polished edges on the bracelet and other pictures with brushed edges on the bracelet (like the 16610). Did Rolex start polishing the edges at some point or are the owners doing it themselves?

The bracelet sides have always been polished to the best of my knowledge... owners may be having them brushed themselves

Thanks for the comments thus far. 16613 owners, please let me know if your watch came with polished or brushed edges on the bracelet.

The 16610 (SS) is polished, but what about the TT and the 18K YG???
I'm pretty sure the 18K (16618) has the sides of the bracelet polished, as I can't recall seeing gold links brushed on the sides.

To my knowledge they should be brushed. I'm pretty sure that's a custom. Maybe Rikki or one of the gurus here could weigh in.

The ceramic models have all polished edges. However my 16570 explorer II has polished edge as well; came with the optional SEL. The more I look they are all polished. Like acr says, the owner brushed the edge themselves.

I bought my 16613 about 25 years ago. Polished, without doubt.

I'm not positive but I believe when Rolex changed the end links to solid they started polishing the sides. Non-SEL we're brushed.

Definitely Polished
I have an A serial and my edges are polished. While on the subject of bands...if needed are the bands of the TT Sub and TT GMT interchangeable?
