Need Panerai wrist shots

Hi Guys,
I recently purchased a Rolex Sub a couple months ago but havent been able to get the Pam 111 out of my head. I love the style but have always been concerned with a Pam on my small wrist. I have a 6.5 inch wrist and wonder if the 44mm will be just too big. This is where I need your help. Can you guys please post your pics of Pams on wrists under 7 inches, hopefully some of you wear a Pam on a 6.5 wrist.

In addition to the watch case size, how mush strap or tail is left over? Pics of that view will be helpful too.

Thanks as always!

my wrists are 8'' but it was still a jump up for me,so your doing right in checking this out first,I've seen I few over on the Rolex section in the daily pics but wouldn't think wrists were mentioned.

This is a great shot. Doesn't seem to appear too large on your wrist. Did it take time to get used to that size or does the Pam sit comfortable on the wrist?

Chris! 6.5" = MONEY. These things are supposed to be just a little big! We 6.5" wristed people are blessed b/c we can wear the 44mm watches and they are still a little big! They are just on the edge of acceptable! Get it man.

me on my 6.5"

and my favorite strap....

Here is one of those 45mm's just for fun. Wears much smaller btw...

Those with 7"+ need to get a 47mm to enjoy the experience we 6.5"ers get on the cheap! ;-)

Get it!

Great pics! I've been wearing my wife's 40mm Pam (048) for a few weeks now. I haven't tried the 44mms yet and afraid to get one because of my small wrist...I was thinking of getting a 44mm homage to try on before I pull the trigger on a Pam 111...hmm

ok I'm now feeling left out with you 6.5 guys,so I've re-measured my wrist and have got to down to 7.5as long as the watch is comfortable on your wrist, then size dosn't matter.

Chris, the amount of tail will depend on the strap size. The OEM straps that come with the watch wont give you much tail at all, it's the aftermarket straps that can come in much longer sizes. Lucky for you that all the aftermarket strap makers will make them to your size if you give them the dimensions you want, do you want tail or not?

I have a 7 1/4" wrist and I have some straps with very little tail and some nice vintage ammos with a bit more tail, it all depends on the look you want.

I was a Rolex only guy for years and I can tell you that I have never enjoyed a watch or a brand as much as I enjoy Panerai. They are fantastic watches and a pure joy when you get a nice little strap collection. Best of luck with your decision, the 111 is a fantastic choice for your first Pam.

It won't be too big on you. Get it! The 111 is a great all around "starter" ;) PAM.

7.25" wrist here and the PAM000 sat well on my wrist IMO.

Have a PAM210 (45mm) coming my way soon-ish, will see how that one goes on me.

I also have 6.5 inch wrists. I think 44mm looks great. The 47mm is probably too large, but I love it anyway!!
