Leather Strap Colour Suggestions for Blue Dial Watches
I've recently picked up the Tudor Black Bay 58 Navy and have been enjoying it's vintage looks while wrapped up in a modern calibre and case construction. It's a fantastic watch!
However, comming from a Rolex Submariner, the steel strap was not as good so I decided to go for the beautiful, French made strap. It's been nice, but I feel like dressing it up with a leather strap, but undedcided what colour to go for. I love Hodinkee's straps and have been looking at this strap in tanned leather and this one in grey taupe. However, despite loving the colour straps, I do wonder if they would suit a blue dial & bezel watch. A blue strap obviosuly makes sense, but I feel like changing it up to something smarter and maybe more classic? That's when I thought I would ask on here! Does anyone here have a BB58 Navy on a leather strap and have pictures or suggestions for coloured leather straps? Or this can be a free for all of owners of Rolex Smurfs, classic Tudor Snowflakes, anyone with a blue dial / bezel watch to show off their strap choices for inspiration to a confused Navy Snowflake owner! |

My favourite leather straps come from a company in Italy called Colareb. Great customer service and high quality hand-made straps. Super fast shipping!

Leather Strap Colour Suggestions for Blue Dial Watches
I think any sort of brown is best for blue dials.
I’m not a fan of blue leather straps or any color other than black or brown for that matter. I’m generally not really a fan of NATO straps either. My 2 cents. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Brown and Tan works well with blue.

You may want to consider a bright blue alligator leather strap for the summer.

I'm a fan of pairing blue with grey. And, I would suggest some water resistance with your band since it is on a diver.
Maybe a Hirsch Arne Performance, or a Fluco Nautilus (little darker grey). |
