In New York on business, hit some great restaurants. Day one lunch Pearl Oyster Bar, Fried Oyster, and Lobster Rolls.

Dinner dining Al fresco at IL Mulino Uptown, Rigato Bolognese, Scampi Oreganata, Aragosta all'Arrabbiata, and Pollo in Crosta.

Dinners in the RV can be as simple as a charcuterie board on travel days to whatever we want on our stationary days. Tonight was the latter and we did a grilled grouper salad after hitting the local seafood market. The grouper was seasoned with Laurie’s dry rub and cooked on the flat top outside with butter, on a citrus vinaigrette salad with grilled corned, and served with a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc.

Thanks. We’re definitely feasting on fresh seafood being in Charleston, SC this week - a bonus since we live in a land locked state.

Let me know if you need a baggage porter to accompany you on any of these trips! I can make myself quite useful. Looks amazing.

Oh man, tonight was one of those special RV dinners thanks to fresh seafood, chef Laurie (aka my wife), and a great recipe from Bobby Flay. #shrimpandgrits #willamettevalleypinotnoir

Thanks, Thomas!! Appreciate it!! We're always looking forward to hitting NYC, business, food, and shopping doesn't get any better.

Roger, your dishes always look spectacular!! Please tell Chef Laurie, My Wife and I tip our hats to you both. Dinner for our party of four, something to look forward to!!

Well, our last full day in NYC, without further ado!!

Lunch at Katz's Deli is a must for me!! Pastrami like only Katz's can do.

Dinner at Scarpetta. First-course Polenta with Truffled Mushrooms, Spaghetti with a Tomato Basil Sauce, Braised Short Ribs, Halibut, and Roasted Carrots. The dessert was Espresso Budino and Valrhona Chocolate Cake.
